Mr Taylor has extensive experience in the finance and credit industries, working across both industries for more than 37 years.
Mr Taylor has a Bachelor of Economics from Bournemouth University, a Diploma in Commercial Management from Bournemouth University, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) from Tribeca, a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) from Intellitrain, and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) from the Australian School of Business & Law.
Mr Taylor is also an accredited Financial Broker (no. 16714) of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Qld (no.3981311).
Mr Taylor is responsible for overseeing the general management of ASCF’s business and of the Funds being issued, including reviewing and determining whether to recommend approval of an application for a loan from ASCF based on the Funds’ lending guidelines.
Mr Taylor also provides regular ongoing reports to the board regarding the performance of loans in accordance with the protocols established under the lending guidelines for the bond issue.
Mr Sciacca has worked across the property development industry for over 20 years and has extensive expertise in relation to the property market.
Mr Sciacca has a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and commenced his career as a property lawyer at Sciaccas Lawyers and Consultants in 1987 before pursuing a career in property development. Mr Sciacca was a director of Kozmic Developments, a property development group between 1997 and 2016, during which time the Kozmic group developed over 400 apartments in and around the Brisbane.
As Investor Relations Director Mr Sciacca provides regular ongoing reports to the board and investors in relation to the fund’s performance. As Asset Manager and Compliance Director Mr Sciacca is primarily responsible for reviewing, assessing, and approving all property offered as security for the Funds’ loans to ensure they meet the funds’ security criteria as well as all aspects of compliance for the Funds.
Mr Sciacca also oversees the day-to-day management of ASCF’s loans, including reviewing and determining whether to recommend approval of an application for a loan.
Mr Giovanos has extensive experience in the credit and mortgage industries, having worked across these fields for over 12 years.
Mr Giovanos commenced his career in 2005 as a Sales Manager for home and investment lending for National Fidelity Mortgage, a residential mortgage lender operating in the United States of America before becoming a Branch Manager and Private Client Manager at Bankwest. After three years with Bankwest, Mr Giovanos worked as a Relationship Manager at ANZ specialising in: business banking, commercial lending, franchising, unsecured business lending, low doc commercial loans, and start-up business lending.
In addition to his financial experience, Mr Giovanos holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from the Finance and Related Services Training Academy and is a registered member of both the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and the Credit and Investments Ombudsman.
As Director of Business Development, Mr Giovanos is responsible for overseeing the general management of ASCF’s business and the Funds. Mr Giovanos also oversees the day-to-day management of the Funds’ loans, including reviewing and determining whether to recommend approval of an application for a loan. Mr Giovanos is also responsible for preparing and reviewing the Funds’ lending guidelines for the Funds for consideration.
Mr Bennett has over 25 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry in Australia across three tier one financial organisations. Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Griffith University in 1993, Mr Bennett began his banking career with CBA and spent 7 years gaining a solid foundation in banking and finance both in operations and as an assistant Relationship Manager. Moving to NAB in 2000, he spent the next 9 years as a Business Banking Manager proactively sourcing and fostering Business Banking relationships to provide his clients with fully integrated financial services solutions.
In 2009, Mr Bennett joined ANZ and leveraged his extensive network to grow a portfolio of SME business clients which he managed on behalf of ANZ. During this time, Mr Bennett also became a Registered Franchise Lending Specialist (RFLS) having successfully completed the Frandata program.
In his role as Senior Relationship Executive, Mr Bennett is responsible for managing and growing the ASCF loan referral network both through ASCF's panel lender status on the Finsure broker network, one of Australia's leading mortgage aggregators, and with external brokers.
Ms Panebianco has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Public Relations from Queensland University of Technology. She has worked across the business industry for over four years in a range of communications and management positions.
Ms Panebianco has been working with ASCF since its inception and holds extensive insider knowledge of the company’s procedures. As Senior Executive of Business Operations, Ms Panebianco is responsible for overseeing day to day business operations, including account management, staff relations, loan and investment management.
Mr Sciacca has a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University on the Gold Coast with a major in marketing and a minor in Real Estate. He has also completed subjects in the Under-Graduate Real Estate Valuation Course and Post-Graduate Psychology Course from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane.
Mr Sciacca has worked in the banking industry with the NAB as well as in corporate sales in the communications industry.
As Investor Relations Executive, Mr Sciacca's cultivates ASCF's relationship with its investors and services their requirements.
Mr Aubort has worked across the financial services industry for over 24 years and has extensive expertise in the operation of both registered and unregistered managed investment schemes, having worked for eleven separate Australian financial services (AFS) licensees across his career, all of which have been involved in the establishment and operation of schemes. Mr Aubort has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the Queensland University of Technology, a Diploma in Financial Planning 1 from the Financial Planning Association of Australia, and RG 146 certificates in securities and managed investment schemes from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Mr Aubort is also a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia. Mr Aubort is responsible for ASCF’s compliance obligations pursuant to the Corporations Act and ASIC policy, including its obligations to its various investors.
