Senior Executive – LendingMr Bennett has over 25 years experience in the banking and finance industry in Australia across three tier-one financial organisations. Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Griffith University in 1993, Mr Bennett began his banking career with CBA and spent 7 years gaining a solid foundation in banking and finance both in operations and as an Assistant Relationship Manager.
Moving to NAB in 2000, he spent the next 9 years as a Business Banking Manager proactively sourcing and fostering Business Banking relationships to provide his clients with fully integrated financial services solutions.

Kristyanne Knapman
Loan Operations ManagerMs Knapman has a Bachelor of Education from Griffith University and brings her extensive experience in customer relations to ASCF as Loan Operations Manager.
She assists In the day-to-day management of the loan portfolio and is responsible for managing the loan extensions and arrears working directly with our CEO.
Krissy also oversees the Fund insurance and valuation policy in order to protect the mortgage assets as well as heading up the special projects team.

Josh McCabe
Relationship Executive – LendingMr McCabe has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Queensland, as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a major in Global Business Management from the University of Southern Queensland.
Mr McCabe has over eight years of operations and relationship management experience in the education industry, having worked with hundreds of schools across Queensland and as part of the ASCF Investor Relations team.
As Relationship Executive – Lending, Mr McCabe is RG146 compliant and develops relationships within our loans broker network and provides lending solutions for our direct clients.

David Hui
Relationship Executive – LendingMr Hui has over 12 years’ experience within the lending and broking industry. In that time he has completed transactions for clients within the mining servicing industry, property developers, the medical industry, along with first home owners and investors.
Mr Hui holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
As Relationship Executive – Lending, Mr Hui develops relationships within our loans broker network and provides lending solutions for our direct clients.

Amanda Li
Relationship Executive – LendingMs Li joined ASCF in 2018 heading up our broking division. She has a Masters of Business Administration, a Masters of Professional Accounting and is RG146 compliant.
With many years of experience in assisting clients with their home and investment loan needs, Ms Li now specialises in our SMSF and Non-Resident offerings to brokers as part of our loan brokerage services division.
Being fluent in Mandarin, she also educates and assists our Asian brokers looking for private lending finance solutions for their clients in her capacity as Business Development Manager.

Roberto Sciacca
Senior Relationship Executive – InvestingMr Sciacca has a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University on the Gold Coast with a major in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate and is RG146 compliant. He has also completed subjects in the undergraduate Real Estate Valuation Course and postgraduate Psychology Course from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane.
Mr Sciacca has worked in the banking industry with the NAB as well as in corporate sales in the communications industry.
As Investor Relations Executive, Mr Sciacca cultivates ASCF’s relationship with its investors and services their requirements.

Anastasia Woolmer
Senior Relationship Executive – Investing Ms Woolmer has a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Macroeconomics from Adelaide University, and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Prior to joining ASCF, she worked in the finance industry as a Relationship Manager and Dealer in the wholesale fixed interest and bond space.
Ms Woolmer worked previously as a professional ballet dancer, living and performing around the world. She also participates in memory sports and has twice been the Australian Memory Champion, recently appearing on the Champions Team of the TV show Australian Survivor.
As Senior Investor Relations Executive, Ms Woolmer is RG146 compliant and responsible for developing new investor relationships.

Davina Knight
Compliance ManagerMs Knight has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Central Queensland University. Ms Knight was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a lawyer in April 2021.
Ms Knight has several years of experience working as a Compliance Manager for AFSL and ACL licensees in the financial services industry and has 10 years of experience working in training, recruitment and accounting firms. Ms Knight is RG146 compliant.
As Compliance Manager, Ms Knight works with the Compliance Committee to analyse, monitor, review and update operations of the business to ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements.

Kai Draper
ICT & Marketing Manager Mr Draper has over 20 years experience in the ICT industry and has managed ASCF’s ICT requirements since inception. In 2019 Mr Draper joined ASCF full time as ICT & Marketing Manager.
Bringing his extensive skills in house ensures ASCF’s security and ICT needs are maintained to the highest levels.
Mr Draper is also responsible for ASCF’s marketing which includes analysing and reporting on SEO, content creation for Facebook and LinkedIn as well as creating our monthly newsletters.

Molly Michelmore
Accounts ManagerMs Michelmore reports directly to our CEO Richard Taylor and is responsible for the Accounting entries of all ASCF Funds. She is fully Xero qualified and maintains the accounting for both investors and borrowers. Ms Michelmore is also responsible for updating entries throughout Finpower, our Loan and Investor Software program.
She previously worked in Investor Relations with the company and is across all facets of the company’s business operations having commenced working with us in 2017.
