Mr Taylor has extensive experience in the finance and credit industries, working across both industries for more than 38 years.
Mr Taylor has a Bachelor of Economics from Bournemouth University, a Diploma in Commercial Management from Bournemouth University, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) from Tribeca, a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) from Intellitrain, and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) from the Australian School of Business & Law.Read more ↓
Mr Taylor is also an accredited Financial Broker (No. 16714) of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Qld (No. 3981311).
Mr Taylor is responsible for overseeing the general management of ASCF’s business and of the Funds being issued, including reviewing and determining whether to recommend approval of an application for a loan from ASCF based on the Funds’ lending guidelines.
Mr Taylor also provides regular ongoing reports to the board regarding the performance of loans in accordance with the protocols established under the lending guidelines for the bond issue.Read less ↑
Filippo SciaccaDirector of Investor Relations, Asset Management & Compliance
Mr Sciacca has worked across the property development industry for over 20 years and has extensive expertise in relation to the property market.
Mr Sciacca has a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and commenced his career as a property lawyer at Sciaccas Lawyers and Consultants in 1987 before pursuing a career in property development. Mr Sciacca was a director of Kozmic Developments, a property development group between 1997 and 2016, during which time the Kozmic group developed over 400 apartments in and around Brisbane.Read more ↓
As Investor Relations Director Mr Sciacca provides regular ongoing reports to the board and investors in relation to the fund’s performance. As Asset Manager and Compliance Director Mr Sciacca is primarily responsible for reviewing, assessing, and approving all property offered as security for the Funds’ loans to ensure they meet the funds’ security criteria as well as all aspects of compliance for the Funds.

Kosta GiovanosDirector of Business Development
Mr Giovanos has extensive experience in the credit and mortgage industries, having worked across these fields for over 14 years.
Mr Giovanos commenced his career in 2005 as a Sales Manager for home and investment lending for National Fidelity Mortgage, a residential mortgage lender operating in the United States of America before becoming a Branch Manager and Private Client Manager at Bankwest. After three years with Bankwest, Mr Giovanos worked as a Relationship Manager at ANZ specialising in: business banking, commercial lending, franchising, unsecured business lending, low doc commercial loans, and start-up business lending.Read more ↓
In addition to his financial experience, Mr Giovanos holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from the Finance and Related Services Training Academy and is a registered member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
As Director of Business Development, Mr Giovanos is responsible for overseeing the general management of ASCF’s business and the Funds. Mr Giovanos also oversees the day-to-day management of the Funds’ loans, including reviewing and determining whether to recommend approval of an application for a loan. Peter AubortCompliance Committee Chairman
Mr Aubort has worked across the financial services industry for over 22 years and has extensive expertise in the operation of both registered and unregistered managed investment schemes, having worked for eleven separate Australian financial services (AFS) licensees across his career, all of which have been involved in the establishment and operation of schemes. Mr Aubort has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the Queensland University of Technology, a Diploma in Financial Planning 1 from the Financial Planning Association of Australia, and RG 146 certificates in securities and managed investment schemes from the Securities Institute of Australia.Read more ↓

Kerin PanebiancoSenior Executive of Business Operations
Ms Panebianco has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Public Relations from Queensland University of Technology. She has worked across the industry for over four years in a range of communications and management positions.
Ms Panebianco has been working with ASCF since its inception and holds extensive insider knowledge of the company’s procedures. As Senior Executive of Business Operations, Ms Panebianco is responsible for overseeing day to day business operations, including account management, staff relations, loan and investment management.
Joe BennettSenior Relationship Executive – Lending
Mr Bennett has over 25 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry in Australia across three tier one financial organisations. Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Griffith University in 1993, Mr Bennett began his banking career with CBA and spent 7 years gaining a solid foundation in banking and finance both in operations and as an assistant Relationship Manager.
Moving to NAB in 2000, he spent the next 9 years as a Business Banking Manager proactively sourcing and fostering Business Banking relationships to provide his clients with fully integrated financial services solutions.
In 2009, Mr Bennett joined ANZ and leveraged his extensive network to grow a portfolio of SME business clients which he managed on behalf of ANZ. During this time, Mr Bennett also became a Registered Franchise Lending Specialist (RFLS) having successfully completed the FRANdata program.
In his role as Senior Relationship Executive, Mr Bennett is responsible for managing and growing the ASCF loan referral network both through ASCF’s panel lender status on the Finsure broker network, one of Australia’s leading mortgage aggregators, and with external brokers.Read less ↑
Josh McCabeRelationship Executive – Lending
Mr McCabe has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Queensland, as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a major in Global Business Management from the University of Southern Queensland.
Mr McCabe has over eight years of operations and relationship management experience in the education industry, having worked with hundreds of schools across Queensland and as part of the ASCF Investor Relations team.
As Relationship Executive – Lending, Mr McCabe develops relationships within our loans broker network and provides lending solutions for our direct clients.
Amanda LiRelationship Executive – Lending
Ms Li joined ASCF in 2018 heading up our broking division. She has a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Professional Accounting.
With many years of experience in assisting clients with their home and investment loan needs, Ms Li now specialises in our SMSF and Non-Resident offerings to brokers as part of our loan brokerage services division.
Being fluent in Mandarin, she also educates and assists our Asian brokers looking for private lending finance solutions for their clients in her capacity as Business Development Manager.
Roberto SciaccaSenior Investor Relations Executive
Mr Sciacca has a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University on the Gold Coast with a major in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate. He has also completed subjects in the undergraduate Real Estate Valuation Course and postgraduate Psychology Course from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane.
Mr Sciacca has worked in the banking industry with the NAB as well as in corporate sales in the communications industry.
As Investor Relations Executive, Mr Sciacca cultivates ASCF’s relationship with its investors and services their requirements.
Anastasia WoolmerSenior Investor Relations Executive
Ms Woolmer has a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Macroeconomics from Adelaide University, and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Prior to joining ASCF, she worked in the finance industry as a Relationship Manager and Dealer in the wholesale fixed interest and bond space.
Ms Woolmer worked previously as a professional ballet dancer, living and performing around the world. She also participates in memory sports and has twice been the Australian Memory Champion, recently appearing on the Champions Team of the TV show Australian Survivor.
As Senior Investor Relations Executive, Ms Woolmer is responsible for developing new investor relationships.
Davina KnightCompliance Manager
Ms Knight has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Central Queensland University.
Ms Knight has several years of experience working as a Compliance Manager for AFSL and ACL licensees in the financial services industry and has 10 years of experience working in training, recruitment and accounting firms.
As Compliance Manager, Ms Knight works with the Compliance Committee to analyse, monitor, review and update operations of the business to ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements.
Kai DraperICT & Marketing Manager
Mr Draper has over 20 years experience in the ICT industry and has managed ASCF’s ICT requirements since inception. In 2019 Mr Draper joined ASCF full time as ICT & Marketing Manager.
Bringing his extensive skills in house ensures ASCF’s security and ICT needs are maintained to the highest levels.
Mr Draper is also responsible for ASCF’s marketing which includes analysing and reporting on SEO, content creation for Facebook and LinkedIn as well as creating our monthly newsletters.
Kristyanne KnapmanLoans Processing Officer
Ms Knapman has a Bachelor of Education from Griffith University and brings her extensive experience in customer relations to ASCF as a Loans Processing Officer.
Ms Knapman works alongside the loan team and reviews all loan documentation both prior to and post-settlement.
Molly MichelmoreLending Administration Officer
Ms Michelmore is a Lending Administration Officer working in the company’s loan administration operations which includes loan management functions and liaison with borrowers post-settlement.
She previously worked in Investor Relations with the company and is across all facets of the company’s business operations having commenced working with us in 2017.
