Competitive Short-Term Lending Rates
With interest rates from 9.95% for 1^st Mortgage loans and 18% for 2^nd Mortgages, we offer competitive short-term lending rates.

We offer loans for a variety of reasons including refinance, commercial investment, business expansion, working capital and bridging finance, or any other worthwhile purpose.

We offer asset-backed lending to a maximum of 80% of the purchase price or valuation, whichever is the lower.

We offer loans starting from $50,000.

1^st Mortgage Loans – Up to $10,000,000 (Loans > $10,000,000 considered on individual merit)
2^nd Mortgage Loans – Up to $1,000,000 (Loans > $1,000,000 considered on individual merit)

We offer loans ranging from 1 to 24 months.

We offer fixed interest rates only, at a rate determined on an individual basis.

1^st Mortgages – From 9.95% per annum
2^nd Mortgages – From 18.00% per annum

• Valuation fee to be advised in an indicative letter of offer.
• Lenders establishment fee – 2.2% of the loan amount (to be assessed on an individual basis)
• Lenders legal fees $2,450 (deducted from the loan on settlement)
