Our Funds

Australian Secure Capital Fund operates three mortgage funds, each tailored to a different type of investor.

Our ASCF Premium Capital Fund offers a return of up to 6.50%* per annum, with added capital management such as lower loan-to-valuation ratios (LVR) and interest spread protection. The ASCF Select Income Fund provides a return objective of up to 7.00%* per annum, whilst still maintaining a conservative approach to loan security. Finally, the ASCF High Yield Fund offers our highest return of up to 7.50%* by allowing a prudent selection of 2nd mortgage loans to be added to the pool.
